Pricing

Plans are priced per organisation, against the states and systems you actually work with.

Every way in uses one balance of credits. A question to the agent, in the app or through the API, typically uses 1–3 credits and never more than 8. Data pulled through the API or a connected assistant uses 1 credit per 1,000 records, added up across calls. Every account gets 8 free credits a month, on any of them.
